Who Is That Girl
I was walking down the street Friday night when she passed me by
She flicked a little smile my way when she caught my eye
By the time I turned around she was already lost in the crowd
Searching the sea of faces I stopped and I wondered aloud
Who is that girl?
What did she do to me?
Just a smile and a wink and I’m going crazy
What the hell is happening to my world?
Who is that girl?
What did she do to me?
Just a smile and a wink and I’m going crazy
And now I’m left to wonder who is that girl?
On my way to work on Monday morning on a crowded train
At the far end of the carriage I swore that I saw her again
As we pulled into the station our eyes met and she gave a wink
And as she disappeared again I stared after and could only think
Haunting my dreams she’s a face without a name
My mind is trapped in this unwinnable game
Before the week’s over, something’s got to give
So tomorrow I’ll find out just who she is
